I’m Alpine Ramos, an STR Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience in hospitality and hands-on short-term rental and property management.
I take full ownership of STR operations—ensuring properties run efficiently, remain consistently guest-ready, and deliver 5-star guest experiences while supporting long-term business growth.
With a background as a Front Office Manager in Thailand, I’ve led high-volume operations, managed teams, and handled guest relations in fast-paced environments. This experience shaped my ability to lead with structure, make decisions under pressure, and maintain high service standards.
STR Operations Experience
I currently support and manage operations for a 200+ unit STR portfolio, focusing on case management, operational coordination, and quality control.
My responsibilities include:
✔ Handling guest issues and escalations with fast, structured responses
✔ Following up on open cases to ensure timely and complete resolution
✔ Coordinating with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors
✔ Managing task workflows and tracking through ClickUp
✔ Supporting guest communication and reservations through Hostfully
✔ Assisting with Stripe disputes and documentation when needed
✔ Ensuring property readiness through verification and quality checks
This hands-on experience allows me to operate in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment while maintaining consistency, accountability, and high operational standards.

I manage STR operations end-to-end, including:

I work with tools such as ClickUp, Hostfully, Airbnb, and STR platforms, and I apply structured workflows using checklists, timelines, and verification systems to ensure consistent execution across all properties.
